- This office serves the needs of the Medicaid population

Compensation:

- Daily compensation: $1,500 per day + a starts bonus

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS
- Successful completion of an accredited orthodontics program
- Current state license to practice dentistry
- Proof of and ability to maintain malpractice insurance
