Job Description:
HEADER WELDING LEADDay & Night Shift - $28-30/hour (depending on
experience)Ability to identify and assist in coordinating and
accomplishing day to day operation of work-flow. Work directly with
Department Manager to ensure production and quality needs are
achieved. Able to document data and write clear reports
(production, rework, quality, line stop etc.) Examines items
produced to determine if items meet specifications. Interprets
specifications, blueprints, and job orders to employees and assigns
duties. Establish or adjust work procedures (QWI - Quality Work
Instruction) to standardize good work practices and to ensure
quality of work. Responsible for conducting safety bi-weekly
meetings. Reinforce safety policy and rules including identify
potential hazards in the work area. Minimum 3 years experience in a
manufacturing environment required.
