Thrive is growing rapidly and seeking another Client Support &
Implementation Specialist to join our team.
Acting as the primary liaison between new clients, corporate staff
and sales staff during the new client conversion process, the
Client Support & Implementation Specialist is responsible for
establishing expectations and timelines for client implementation;
as well as coordinating all documents to the appropriate internal
team member.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages the new client implementation experience from contract
submission through the first 120 days of payroll processing;
Acts as the primary point of contact for all new client
communication
Acts as an overflow for payroll and client service
Coordinates with agency partners on client enrollments
Facilitates orientations for new clients, onsite and/or via the
web
Performs training and demonstrations of Thrive's technology
platform
Advises new clients on best practices
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
PEO, Payroll industry and/or HRIS experience preferred
2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to develop and execute business processes and
procedures
Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically
Strong service orientation
Must be able to operate at a fast pace and cope with change
