Job Description:
DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Employee Engagement
Manager, the specialist will play a critical role in fostering a
positive and healthy work environment at Family & Children's
Services. The Specialist will support the implementation of
strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and
overall well-being. The specialist will support wellness strategies
by assisting in administering and maintaining wellness challenges,
activities, and materials. Specialists will also be responsible for
supporting the administration of student loan repayment programs.
The specialist will support onboarding and orientation activities
through the maintenance of materials and support of the agency's
onboarding program and positions.
POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the Employee Feedback Process:
Assist in the Administration of Student Loan Forgiveness
Programming:
Coordinate Staff Appreciation Activities & Awards
Support Agency Onboarding and Orientation Activities:
Assist in the Administration of Work Groups, Advisory Councils, and
Technology Resources:
Special Projects:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of experience in HR with a focus on employee engagement
and/or wellness preferred
