Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist Sr.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to
solve sales-related problems
Prioritize and respond to client calls and emails, follow up on
open client returns, and keep sales teams informed
Create accurate sales quotes, research technical product
information, and manage pricing
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (2-6 years
related experience)
Knowledge of computer technology and IT products and services
required
Must be highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with
clients and internal personnel
Must be able to adhere to tight service level agreements (SLAs) and
multitask effectively
