We have openings at our CARE Clinic. The role of a Primary Care Provider requires a Prescriber to be licensed in Oklahoma with current DEA Number preferred, or licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with a history of training and/or experience in Family Medicine/Primary care and prescribing medications across the lifespan. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.The starting annual salary for a Provider is $130,000.00Do you enjoy making a difference in the lives of patients and your community? As a member of our CRS team, you will have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for our patients by delivering one-on-one clinical guidance and support.Benefits:Competitive 2024 Market Value Salaries.4% 403B Employer 'Gifted' Contribution.3% Merit and 4% Bonus Increase Potential.10 Paid Holidays, and 2 Floating Holidays.Up to 3 weeks Vacation time.Gym Membership Stipend.Affordable Medical, Dental & Vision Plans.Employer-paid Life Insurance.Employer-paid Long Term Disability.Continuing Education Stipend up to $500.Bilingual PaySpecial Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Review condition of agency clients referred to medication clinic and determine efficacy of intervention with medication.Prescribe medications for clients, as needed, in keeping with accepted clinical practice of Psychiatry and consistent with credentials.Record client contacts in medical records and agency mechanisms for tracking, billing, and reporting client services on a timely basis and meeting standards of care.Supports and promotes a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of individuals who may have experienced trauma in their lives.Explains medication effects and side-effects to consumer and/or guardian.Evaluates all available clinical data (including laboratory and other instrumental reports) pertaining to consumers' physical status and addresses compliance regarding any laboratory testing.Will be expected to provide on-call status as needed for the Youth Evaluation Service and or CALM Center.General Expectations:To schedule clients according to needs of agency and consistent with standards of practice as well as meeting productivity expectations. Abide by established protocols, policies, and procedures of the agency and Federal and State regulatory agencies.Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, staff member regularly is required to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time, use hand to finger and moving fingers in a repetitive motion manner or feel controls; and reach with hands and arms.
