Description:LOCATION - Tulsa, OKREPORTS TO - Director of Electrical EngineeringTEAM - Electrical EngineeringEDUCATION - Vocational Certificate or Associates degree in Engineering Design or DraftingEXPERIENCE - 3+ years of electrical design experience in the architectural / built environment, 2+ years NECPOSITION SUMMARYElectrical Designer with active power and lighting design project experience in the retail, commercial, government and or education markets. The selected candidate will provide electrical design expertise while working with the project team.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDesign and develop drawings for building's lighting, power and electrical distribution systemsPerform lighting and power engineering calculationsDesign to applicable standards and codesEvaluate, select and specify appropriate electrical equipment/systemsCoordination with clients, contractors and other disciplinesEffectively build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, contractors and all team membersMaintain a positive and professional work environmentRequirements:SKILLSProficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS OfficeWorking knowledge of the NEC, IBC, IECC, NFPA, IESNA and other appropriate codes and standardsAbility to identify and correctly respond to project needsAdhere to project schedules, budgets and scope of workEffective oral and written communication skillsEffectively work with clients, owners, contractors, and all team membersMaintain a positive and professional work environmentWORK FROM HOMECyntergy has a work-from-home telework technology solution that is part of our work environment.
