. SUMMARY The Business Intelligence Analyst will perform business
analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation of
applications. He or she will work closely with a team of developers
during each step of the process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following: * Collect user
requirements * Research and develop technical requirements *
Collaborate with developers on designing new features and software
modifications * Document and execute testing * Coordinate User
Acceptance * Support code implementation * Develop application
documentation * Coordinate and organize team collaboration *
Interact professionally with clients and team members * Provide
operations and inquiry support * Report to management
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY No direct reports. Works as lead
BA to mentor less experienced team members. Able to step into
leader role as required by Manager. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE *
Bachelor''s degree in MIS related field (or an equivalent
combination of higher education, professional training, and
additional experience) * Prefer 8+ years of professional experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Strong research and analytical
skills * Strong written and oral and communication skills * Ability
to communicate complex technical analysis to technical and
non-technical audiences * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite, including Visio and MS Project * Experience with relational
databases * Intermediate SQL knowledge * Expert in SDLC * Works
well under tight deadlines * Takes initiative and does not require
close monitoring * Experienced in leading tasks * Agile methodology
practitioner * Automated testing experience * Experience with
Federal Government Customers (desired skill) * Ability to obtain
Public Trust * Ability to successfully pass a background check and
drug screen WORK ENVIRONMENT 100% Remote. Might be asked to go to
government facility office for meetings. Estimated Starting Salary
Range: $105,000 - $108,000 CNSS offers discretionary annual
incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the
level of the position. CNSS offers a generous benefit package,
including medical, dental, and vision plans for regular full-time
employees, 401(k) with 100% match up to 6%, life insurance, tuition
reimbursement, paid time off and more. Paid sick leave is provided
in accordance with applicable law. Pursuant to U.S. Presidential
Executive Order 14042, Cherokee Federal is now requiring that all
employees be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by December 8th. An
individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the
second dose of a two-dose vaccine (i.e., Moderna or Pfizer) or two
weeks after a single-dose vaccine (i.e., Johnson & Johnson). As a
prospective employee, you will fall under this requirement and
proof of vaccination will be needed for on-boarding, should you be
selected. Limited exemptions for religious or medical reasons will
be considered. TEMPORARY NOTE: On Tuesday, Dec. 7, a federal judge
issued an injunction blocking President Joe Biden''s COVID-19
vaccine mandate for federal contractors (EO 14042). Cherokee
Federal is monitoring the court case and awaiting a final ruling.
As a result of the injunction, Cherokee Federal is halting the
enforcement of the mandate, however, if the injunction is lifted
and the mandate remains, Cherokee Federal must reenact its vaccine
