Tulsa Site Manager

Our client is looking for a site manager who will take overall responsibility on all operational processes in the site and will manage all additional site related activity.

This position reports to the VP global operations in the corporate and works side by side with the US GM who is managing the entire sales activity.

The site manager is leading the site management team comprised of 5 Directors - production, planning and purchasing, QA, HR and finance. ( HR and IT directors are in matrix reporting to the professional functions in the corporate and are serving as business partners for the GM as well.)

Profile:

• Experience in managing a factory / production in a mid-sized industrial company
• Deep understanding of production processes, purchasing and global supply chain management
• Experience leading and implementing successfully Operational Excellence processes
• Outstanding Leadership Track Record Compensation: DOE - up to 120K-130K base + bonus.
