RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides daily support on small and/or moderately complex loans, accounts, and projects for assigned systems, products, or business units. Analyze and review financial statements. Prepares monthly presentations and reports. Prepares annual reporting of operating costs. Responsible for conducting in-depth industry and financial analysis of existing and potential borrowers. Identifies room for improvement by providing analytical and reporting financial results to senior management. Develop and implement financial models by using internal and external sources. Monitors updates of sales of loans and gain on sales entries. Prepares insightful and timely updates to from market trends to the team. Manage mortgage loan pricing software. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mathematic or Finance a plus. 3 years of experience in a similar position. Extensive experience using Microsoft Office. Experience with SQL and Power BI. Experience with EPPS and Encompass systems. Experience working with financial databases. Knowledge of financial market trends.
