Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist customers regarding email, faxed or customer website generated orders, expediting, pricing, delivery, stock availability and questions or problems regarding orders * Daily interaction with customers while maintaining a professional image, including but not limited to: * Email, phone conversations, virtual meetings, in-person meetings * Process sales orders for each new purchase order received * Be able to perform co-workers' duties, as applicable, in their absence * Maintain open order status reports for customers daily * Send shipping documents to customers daily * Issue RGA's as needed * Maintain customer pricing schedules * Scan customer purchase orders and other supporting documents into Master Control daily * Other duties as assigned * Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position
