***THIS POSITION IS HYBRID ON-SITE AND WFH/REMOTE in Tulsa, OK***

ABOUT THE JOB:
The Inside Sales Manager supervises daily sales performance and leads on-the-job coaching programs to help the team achieve their goals. This includes collaborating to develop educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who can see the "big picture," enjoys building programs from the ground up, and can train others to achieve their best work. As a key leader amongst the team, the Inside Sales Manager must be familiar with teaching soft skills for phone-based agents, be able to objectively assess needs for each individual, and be able to analyze results independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Objectively identify strengths and weaknesses for individuals and team; build 1:1 and team coaching sessions to raise collective performance
Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork and conflict management)
Conduct regular training sessions with individuals and teams
Collaborate with leaders to develop and lead training for new hires on ConsumerAffairs approach to sales, etc.
Coordinate mentorship programs for new sales representatives
Proactively and regularly provide clear feedback to agents to improve their performance; including coaching sessions, performance reviews, and individual recognition
Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary
Overseeing the activities and performance of the teams
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
Assist with developing and implementing new initiatives, bonus plans, strategies and programs

REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Bachelor Degree Preferred
Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus
Experience:
Proven experience as call center manager, Inside Sales Manager, or similar position
Track Record of performance coaching and training development
Experience in sales is required
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge of performance evaluation and sales performance metrics
Solid understanding of reporting and data analysis
Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
Positive and patient

Location: Remote
Frequency of travel: Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training and/or conferences.
