Job Description:
Primary Role: To create an exceptional first impression with our
clients by exhibiting the level of professionalism that reflects
the Narellan Pools brand. To listen attentively to the needs of the
client and find solutions that best bring their dreams to life.
Thereafter leading the client to the local Licensee in a timely
manner, and then ensuring that the Licensee has done everything
possible to position Narellan Pools as the pool of choice for the
client. Offsite- can work anywhere in the South East US. Duties and
Responsibilities: Sales Lead Management
- Answering all calls or returning calls as soon as is
practicable
- Asking thorough questions, and listening attentively to
understand the clients' dreams
- Finding a solution that meets the needs of the client
- Seek an invitation from each client for our local Licensee to
meet with them in person
- Maintaining the CRM database, and keeping in regular contact
with clients on an ongoing basis Relationships with Licensees
- Pass on sales leads promptly via email, also using phone calls
or SMS where appropriate
- Following up with Licensee on an ongoing basis to check on the
progress of sales leads We bring dreams to life by delivering the
World's best and most loved client experiences
- Soliciting feedback from Licensee on how we can improve the
quality and quantity of sales leads Sales Lead Generation
- Provide Licensee with feedback on how they can improve their
sales results Sales Lead Generation
- Reporting on the progress of sales leads as required
- Seeking regular opportunities to present suggestions on how we
can improve the sales process
- Assisting with trade shows and exhibition
Qualifications/Skills:
- Associate degree preferred
- Strong computer skills; experience with MS Office suite,
including Outlook and mobile apps.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, coupled with strong
interpersonal, client relations, service and negotiating skills
required. Ability to give meaningful presentations.
- Strong time management skills required, coupled with experience
working well independently while being accountable to a larger
team
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work under pressure and remain an effective
representative of the Company
