The Southern Region is seeking a highly motivated Retention
Specialist to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver on customer service strategy (cancellation prevention,
resign process, general customer management). Drive the customer
centricity culture.
* Major account strategy execution. Make decisions related to
customer service issues. Manage strategy and relationships for key
accounts in area of responsibility. Handling escalated customer
issues, help navigate the sales/ops relationship and facilitate
customer communication
* Utilize CRM tool to deploy sales strategies and customer
management.
* Participate in Service Sales Business Reviews.
* Develop, implement and manage standard process for OO; where
applicable.
* Research and communicate development of internal and external
products, including our digital strategy (including OtisONE).
Assist in deploying these new service products.
* Engage and foster relationship with major property management,
associations (IFMA, BOMA, etc.), chambers, and consultant
companies
Experience / qualifications:
* Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with
customers and colleagues
* Ability to sell on factors other than price and a proven track
record of sales success
Education Information:
* Bachelor's in engineering or business degree with 3+ years'
experience
* Master's degree with 1-2+ years' experience
