Job Description:
Inside Sales Rep - Tulsa, OK
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to
join our team. This position involves taking incoming calls,
booking sales appointments for field sales if needed and processing
incoming sales inquiries through our proprietary online portal. The
Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling
customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment. We experience an extremely high call
volume, so it's important to maximize your time on the phone before
moving on to the next caller. In the future, this position might
include outgoing calls as well.
These are the exciting things you get to do:
Answer phone inquiries for customers and understand product /
service needs, translating them into orders of print or graphics
design services
Make outbound phone calls to current and prospective customers to
introduce ARC and identify business opportunities to deliver print
or graphics design solutions
Upsell new services / products to clients by recommending what is
appropriate to complement and service customer needs
Process online inquiries and update the CRM system to reflect the
new status for each client
Inform customers of alternative solutions
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or
inquiries
Capture customer information, including addresses and phone
numbers, for future follow-up and capture into CRM tool
Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging
communication
Follow the company's sales process leveraging sales best practices
- empathetic listening, developing a personal connection with
prospects, doing excellent discovery, identifying urgent pain,
confirm budget and decision-making process, providing web-based
solution demos, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating and
closing deals.
These are the attributes we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
