Cash out tickets for guests, makes change for guests, help with
player's club duties, and promote a fun and entertaining
environment for our guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following: Maintains knowledge of all casino games.
Knows how the games are played and be able to explain them to
customers. Cashes out tickets for guests at machines. Makes change
for guests at machines. Performs player's club duties when
assigned. Promotes a fun and entertaining environment for our
guests. Keeps area neat and picked up. Maintains P as well as MICs
at all times. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY No supervisory/management
authority. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or General
Education Degree (GED) and of 6 months related experience, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience. KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Professional, friendly customer service
skills. Cash handling skills. Must be able to walk or stand for
long periods of time. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled
environment. Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the
appropriate gaming authority. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work requires
minimal physical exertion during the performance of majority of the
duties. Most work is performed while standing, sitting or walking
with occasional need to lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel,
reach, and handle. Requires handling of average-weight objects up
to 25 pounds and standing and/or walking for more than 4 hours a
day. Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office
environment with occasional exposure to smoke or loud noise. Must
be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
