Insulation Sales Representative Company/Job Description: Are you

fast-growing full service insulation contractor specializing in
Spray foam and Blown in Insulation. This position will be based out
of Tulsa, OK. iFOAM is expanding its installation operations and is
looking for a hard-working individual to join our team. As a sales
representative at iFOAM, you will be responsible for selling
insulation products and services to commercial and residential
owners in your territory. As a rep, you will help build the client
list, sales revenue and back the company on standards, quality, and
professionalism. A successful sales rep will have creative
lead-generating techniques and drive to exceed sales goals. You
will use your strong communication and selling skills to present
innovative insulation solutions to prospective customers.
Compensation: This role has a base salary ranging from $30-$40k in
addition to commission. We are seeking a highly motivated and
outgoing individual to join our sales team as a Sales
Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing
clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business
opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through
effective communication and follow-up
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
networking and cold calling
- Manage and track sales leads using our CRM system
- Provide accurate bids based upon reviewing and assessing job
requirements and plans
- Work in small/confined spaces at times
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to develop and
implement sales strategies
- Attend industry events and tradeshows to network and promote
the company's products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft
Office and CRM systems
- Previous sales experience is not required, but a strong desire
to succeed in sales is essential
- Must have a valid driver s license and be able to clear a
pre-employment screening. We offer a competitive salary, as well as

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to:
- Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands
and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or
crawl; talk and hear.
- Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral,
depth, and color.
- Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances
such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires,
ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
- Work in small/confined spaces at times
- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with on
call availability and must be able to travel on short notice.
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for
