Job Description:

Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in extending Agape Care Groups mission of delivering dignified, comfort-centric care to patients across the Southeast. Your primary goal will be to forge strong relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, effectively communicating our services and the value we bring to patients and their families during the most critical times of their lives. Identify and develop relationships with physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals to educate about Agape Care Group services and establish referral agreements. Meet and exceed set targets for customer acquisition and revenue growth within your territory. Conduct presentations to healthcare professionals, community groups, and other organizations to promote hospice services. Regularly participate in community events to raise awareness and generate leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and prospective client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with patient care teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and resolve any issues swiftly. Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to empathize with patients and their families Proficiency in CRM software Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Any healthcare industry certifications such as Certified Medical Representative (CMR) are a plus
