Job Description:
Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field
Sales Representative to join our Hospice services team. This role
is pivotal in expanding our mission to provide high-quality
end-of-life care by fostering relationships with healthcare
providers and guiding families through the process of choosing
dignified hospice care solutions. As a key member of our team, you
will be instrumental in promoting our personalized care approach
while ensuring that every patient and family receives the respect
and gentle support they deserve during significant life moments.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers,
community organizations, and other referral sources. Educate
potential patients and families on the benefits and services of
hospice care provided by Agape Care Group. Meet or exceed set
admission targets by initiating and nurturing effective
professional relationships. Organize and execute sales and
marketing strategies that align with company goals and regulatory
compliance. Represent Agape Care at local healthcare events, fairs,
and conferences to promote hospice services. Act as a liaison
between healthcare providers and our clinical team to ensure a
seamless transition for patients initiating hospice care.
Continually enhance knowledge of hospice care regulations, industry
trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with
clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute sales
tactics. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office. Deep
understanding of the healthcare system, hospice care standards, and
regulations. Ability to work compassionately with individuals
facing terminal illness and their families. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license and
reliable transportation. Preferably certified in Healthcare
Compliance (CHC) or similar. Training in palliative and hospice
care principles is advantageous.
