Job Description Job Description Medical Laboratory Scientist (Generalist) – Direct Hire | South Campus Hospital ? Position Highlights: ?? Role: MT/MLS or MLT (ASCP or AMT Certified) – Generalist ?? Experience: Minimum 1 year of high-complexity lab testing ?? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related biological/chemical science ?? Shift: Nights | 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Saturday – Wednesday ?? Lab Volume: ~700 tests per 24 hours ?? Team Structure: 3 Medical Technologists 3 Phlebotomists per shift ?? Environment: Open-space lab with cross-functional support Compensation & Incentives: ? Pay Range: $27 – $37 per hour ? $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ? $2,500 Relocation Assistance ? 1-year commitment (one incentive) | 2-year commitment (both incentives) Ideal Candidate: ?? Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills ?? Effective communication & interpersonal abilities ?? Comfortable working in a collaborative, small-team setting ??
