Here is more information: Key Responsibilities: Develops and establishes procedures for collecting, processing, and analyzing biological specimens and other substances Performs and reports analytical tests, integrating data from various clinical laboratory departments and resolving discrepancies Confirms abnormal results, verifies quality control, and develops solutions to testing or data issues Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment and coordinates repairs as needed Promotes teamwork, service excellence, and process improvement while adhering to laboratory policies and guidelines Provides guidance and support to medical laboratory science students during educational activities Exercises independent judgment in planning operations and making technical decisions Interacts professionally with patients, internal and external customers, and other healthcare professionals Requirements: Clinical lab experience Degree in Medical Technology or related study AMT or ASCP certified Bonus points for: High complexity testing experience Why work here?
