Job Description Job Description CNC Lathe Machinist – 1st Shift Pay: $20–$27/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM Job Summary We’re hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist to set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes to make precision parts. You’ll inspect your work, edit programs, and help keep production running smoothly. What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC lathes Run parts to tight tolerances Edit and improve CNC programs (G?code) Inspect parts using precision tools Troubleshoot machining issues Keep a clean and safe work area Follow all safety and quality procedures What You Bring Experience as a CNC machinist (lathe experience preferred) Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of G?code and CNC controls Strong understanding of tooling and machining processes High attention to detail Nice to Have Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently Why You’ll Love It 100% employer?paid medical benefits after direct hire Climate?controlled shop Steady schedule and strong work?life balance Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wagoner, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
