Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Broken Arrow, OK, for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, manage staff performance, implement long-term care strategies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. They will lead budgeting efforts, oversee the care provided to residents, and provide necessary training to staff to maintain high-quality care standards and operational excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in Nursing Home Administration and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare settings Experience in Long-term Care and Elder Care, with a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered services Skills in Budgeting and financial management, including resource allocation and cost control Experience in staff leadership and Training to uphold quality care standards and foster professional growth Currently hold a valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work collaboratively Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
